Lead Pastor
Phil Amene
Pastor Phil's heart is for expanding the body of Christ through missions, discipleship and mentorship. Inspired by a revelation of God’s love, he pioneered Lightbearers Ministries International to better serve the entire body of Christ. His focus is on teaching people how to walk in wholeness and healing by equipping them with God’s word so that they can be a light in every sphere of influence. With roots in YWAM and over 25 years of full-time ministry experience around the world, Phil continues to be a vessel of honor ushering in God's Kingdom and sharing the Father’s love wherever he goes.
Associate Pastor
Melody Amene
Melody is a missionary at heart. She spent her early childhood on the mission field in West Africa. With roots in YWAM, Melody serves on the pastoral team as one of the teaching pastors. God has also called her to the sphere of education as a teacher in a Christian school. Like her husband, she is passionate about teaching God's word and sharing the hope of Jesus wherever she goes.
Associate Pastor
Nelda Ocanaz
Nelda Ocanaz has a great compassion and love for people. Her calling is helping people receive salvation, healing, and deliverance. Using Psalm 91:1, she has mentored many to experience the presence of God and to hear His voice. Nelda received training in Healing Rooms Ministry and in Sozo Ministry, and has served as a licensed minister and Prayer Director in several other ministries. She is presently serving as the Family Ministries Pastor and Vice President of Lightbearers Sanctuary.
